Two Junair 4 Series with Touch Screen @ a high profile manufacturer in Crewe

We have recently completed an important installation in Winsford just outside of Crewe.

This invovled dismantling, transporting and re- installing two booths and mix room with plant configuration alterations to suit the clients requiremens.

We had a tight timescale of 3 weeks to have both booths fully operational. I am pleased to say with a lot of long hours and dedicated staff, we commissioned the second booth on time.

Nationwide Accident Repair Centres

We are currently starting a number of large projects for the Nationwide Centres, starting with air handling plant replacements to save energy and increase efficiency of the existing spraybooths. The aove is a Saico booth with new plant on reducing Kw rating from 19Kw to 4Kw in electrical energy and gas energy from 351Kw to 146Kw, with no increase in baking times or product throughput.We can retro-fit these on to any existing spraybooth. The savings on energy will repay the outlay within a18 months. These are also eligible through the governments interest free carbon trust loans

Authorised Dalby Agents

We have also been asked to become part of Dalby Spraybooths authorised installation teams. And have been given a large contract to install and re-site 5 Dalby booths for a multi-million pound site at Hurn airport in Bournemouth, the picture shows the second duct up and safe, with no2 booth now commissioned
